As a Marketing Specialist for Luxury Real Estate Agents, your mission is to plan, build & execute digital marketing strategies and help your clients reach new heights of achievement with our exclusive programs.

You will combine your creative & strategic skills to create persuasive Ads, emails, and branding campaigns to be used across different social media platforms to obtain high quality buyer and seller leads for our clients.

You will be in charge of coming up with new and better ways to make our Realtors’s brands shine in the best of lights and by effect, bring more clients.

You are expected to come up with new campaign ideas, benchmark the proven practices of the best in the game, and to help develop ay creative, visual and/or copy needed to bring the campaign to life.

You are expected to be self-driven and self-led even though you’ll have your team’s full support. We need people we can count on and people that can think for themselves. We do not have the time nor patience to micromanage.

We’re looking for someone who can edit an image if needed, come up with a video idea and run the ad at once instead of waiting for somebody else to always solve things for them.

Multidisciplinary

If you’re looking for an easy 9-5 role, this ain’t it. We’re looking for someone who’s not scared to go outside of their comfort zone and help in different aspects of marketing such as running the ads, tracking the metrics, helping with some design work and perhaps even training and delegating work to others as we continue to grow.

MARKETING WIZARD

Your mission is clear:

Create unique marketing campaigns for real estate agents that are custom to each agent’s city and personality.

Convert the highest amount of ultra-qualified leads into sales prospects for our clients.

Curate amazing marketing materials such as video and image assets that will help our campaigns stand out and achieve incredible returns.

What You'll Do

You may be assigned other tasks not included here.

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

You’re the master mind behind each clients’ successful campaigns. You’ll have the creative freedom to create amazing results.

VIDEO & IMAGE DESIGN

Whether the campaign requires editing a reel-type video or creating an enticing image to use for the ads, you’ll be in charge.

COPYWRITING

We will give you proven ad set-up methods but you’ll be in charge of implementing and improving the campaigns as needed.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

The objective is not make you wear a dozen hats. Instead, we want to build a winning team around you surrounded by the best designers, media buyers & marketers with time. This will require you to level up, lead & delegate in the future.

Compensation plan

Entry Marketing Specialist’s compensation structure & bonuses increase hugely through loyalty and client results.

COMPENSATION SCENARIO 1

Base Expectation

$1,000/mo

Base Salary
(not including bonuses)

COMPENSATION SCENARIO 2

3-6 Months In

$2,500 - $5,000+

*With Bonuses After 3-6 Months

If you become a High Performer who shows consistency you will be strongly considered for a marketing management role where you’ll have more people working directly under your command, and therefore, your compensation will increase 2X-5X as well (depending on your individual performance).
