Strategic Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY 1

Become The In-House Real Estate Geek

Every top performer in our team must not only understand their role but also the industry of our clients. You must become an expert on the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry so that you can later design and execute the most successful campaigns we’ve ever had.

RESPONSIBILITY 2

Media Buying Performance

You will be responsible for all our clients’ Ad Campaign performance, reporting, ideation, and strategizing. We expect to continue to develop our team with full-time copywriters and graphic designers, but in your first weeks, you will be expected to assist with the campaign’s planning, strategizing, creative support, copywriting, and media buying performance.

RESPONSIBILITY 3

Lead Performance Management

We certainly believe that the money is in the follow-up when it comes to the leads your Ad Campaigns will help us to attract. Hence, you will be responsible for overseeing our clients’ CRM lead management performance, elaborating on new strategies to optimize the lead management, follow up funnels, lead pre-qualification, and even picking up the phone from time to time to ensure your leads are being quality ones by screening them internally before we pass them on to our clients.

NOTE: Our business model relies on getting paid a % of every lead we bring to our clients that closes. Either your role is producing high quality campaigns with high quality clients, or there will be no future as our Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Become Our Clients’ Best Friend & Coach At Brand My Agent, the quality of the relationships we build with our customers is equally or even more important than the actual results from our services. You will be the main point of contact during every client’s onboarding and ongoing relationship. You will be eloquent, respectful, and friendly in answering any inquiries that might come in through Slack Connect, you will provide consistent performance updates, make requests, and exchange communication

  • Day To Day Coaching, Project Management & Organization
    1. We want to build an accountable, productive team. This is your job to cultivate.

    2. As we continue to grow, more projects come into the picture and everyday things can get more complex, or simply scalable and under control with an organized routine and streamlined systems between you and your teams. As you develop yourself more into the role of Marketing Director, it will be up to you if things get more complex or continue to be streamlined as we scale.

    NOTE: This is a leadership position. We are a growing startup and this might require long days, hard work, and going the extra mile stretching and going above and beyond to obtain the best possible results.

Compensation (estimate)

Base $1,750 / month ($21,000 / year)

+ 2% commission on revenue for closed lead commissions

+ Variable bonuses for achieving targets and results

“Top Bonus” After 3 months of successful service, you will be eligible for promotion as our full-time Chief Marketing Officer, subjective to a base pay increase and larger benefits!

Basic Standard

  • Average 0.5 closed lead for the 20 accounts managed. Average $5,000 commission per closed lead…
    • $1,750 base
    • 2% from $50,000 = $1,000
    Total compensation for this scenario: $2,750 per month / $33,000 per year

Realistic Target

  • Average 1 closed lead for each of the 20 accounts managed.

    Average $5,000 commission per closed lead…

    • $1,750 base
    • 2% from $100,000 = $2,000

    Total compensation for this scenario: $3,750 per month / $45,000 per year

High Performance

  • Average 1 closed lead for each of the 50 accounts managed.

    Average $5,000 commission per closed lead…

    • $1,750 base
    • 2% from $250,000 = $5,000

    Total compensation for this scenario: $6,750 per month / $81,000 per year

NOTE: Once you ascend into the “Chief Marketing Officer” position, you can realistically expect a 1.5X increase in all of the scenarios mentioned above.
