We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, creative, and professional Master Content Creator physically in Mexico City or willing to relocate and travel internationally in the future. We want you to be the team leader of our new social media management team, be involved in marketing our clients (Real Estate Agents in the US) as well as be involved with our CEO Oswaldo Gutierrez on Instagram to develop his/our personal brand and evolve our content game to the next level, you will be a game-changer in the way we make business and in the way our client’s position their social media pages.

You will work closely with teams focused on Real Estate clients in meeting and exceeding client goals to mainly drive the real estate agent’s content and repurposing to create a now authentic social feed and educate the clients on how to give you better content to scale their brands. We don’t want the everyday spammy and transactional real estate accounts for our clients but rather a truly authentic positioning. When it comes to our own company’s personal brand-driven accounts, think of Ryan Serhant, Grant Cardone, Ed Mylett, Andy Friessla, and Dean Graziosi type of brands, we expect to achieve nothing less.

You will participate in creating our real estate agent clientele’s social media footprint as well as communicating with the rest of the marketing team to provide the best result ever (copywriters, media buyers, graphic/video designers, and more).

You are expected to understand or learn Garyvee’s omnichannel content strategy and help position our clients and our personal brand across all channels (Fb, IG, LinkedIn, Youtube, Podcasts, Tiktok, etc), and eventually in the near future have the opportunity to train yourself as a leader of a wider social media team with big production budgets for you to manage and get the most of it.

Even though we’re looking to bring in more people specifically to be graphic designers and video editors, we will be needing your help in these roles from time to time, especially in the first few months.

You will be required to curate content for various social media accounts and platforms and dictate what type of content we should post as a company as well as advise our clients in sending us the right type of content.

Your role will be a key resource for each account and is expected to support the team in strategy, education, and content sought-leadership.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Salary: $1,750.00 – $5,000.00 per month
