B2B Lead Data Entry & Sales Team Support

Fully remote, Full-Time Position

Position Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator who is professional and will be in charge of entering all the B2B (mainly real estate agent related) data into our company database and CRM (HubSpot).

In addition, you will manage and maintain effective record keeping, organizing lead files and more detailed information collecting data to be of use to our company’s sales team.

Lastly, you will be responsible for pre-qualifying the lead data you are entering and marking any non-qualified prospects as such. Making the company’s sales efforts much more effective and efficient, which will be most assuredly compensated to you financially.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Sourcing social mediadata and improving the robustness of the resources made available at a glance to the sales team via the CRM.
  • Pre-filtering and qualifying the lead entry batch for only the qualified candidates to be included in the CRM.
  • Providing assistance to the sales team in accurately reporting activities and tasks on the CRM.
  • Providing assistance to the sales team in executing administrative tasks such as sending out agreements and invoices.
  • If applicable, you can also help doing outreach via digital sources to prospective clients and getting paid in commission to your results. (Optional)
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Keep information confidential
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

KEY COMPETENCIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all-inclusive.

  • Proven ability to connect, relate and build relationships with others.
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $6,000 – $18,000 USD per annum.
